My name is Harvey Ruffer, and I am the new Permits Manager at Royal City Soccer Club. It’s a pleasure to introduce myself. I will oversee locations in Western Canada and look forward to working with you this summer.
To provide some background, we are a non-profit organization that runs children’s summer soccer camps. Our camps operate outdoors from June 30, 2025, to August 29, 2025 (August 27, 2025, in Calgary). While our programming is primarily outdoors, we require indoor spaces as a backup option in inclement weather.
When indoors, we ensure that no soccer balls are used unless in a gym setting. Instead, campers engage in activities such as camp games, board games, crafts, or movie sessions. Each camp typically consists of 10 to 30 children, supervised by 3 to 4 camp leaders.
We would love the opportunity to book your facility for our 2025 camp season. Could you please provide information on availability and the process for securing space?
