Perfect for starting out in an exercise room, adding variety to your program, rehabilitating from an injury or improving sport-specific athletic performance.
Get started today! Complete our Personal Training Request Form below and submit it to our front office. A programmer will review your request and have a suitable trainer contact you to set up your sessions. Requests may take up to two weeks to process.

With 15+ years of training experience, a background as a professional actor, and 10 years in corporate finance and client management, he brings a unique, disciplined, and goal-oriented approach to training. An avid athlete with a deep history in hockey and golf, Josh also specializes in injury rehabilitation, ensuring you can train safely and effectively. Whether you are looking to improve your functional mobility, achieve body recomposition, or build the confidence to navigate the gym, he is here to guide you with evidence-based strategies tailored to your needs.
