Meg’s outdoor Total Body Conditioning (TBC) & Stretch classes in Centennial Park will start up again next Monday, September 14. Thanks to all who attended and raved about the classes. Watch this space for further fall programs to be announced shortly.

    1. Outdoor Group Fitness – Gentle Fit: Audrey Darling

      A complete workout featuring options for performing all exercises on chairs. Our goal is to promote unaided mobility through gentle cardiovascular exercise. Enjoy your class outside with plenty of physical distancing. Please note: No equipment will be provided, please bring your own chair, weights, bands and filled water bottle. This class is outdoors so come dressed for the weather, program will run rain or shine, subject to conditions of the field. There will be a verbal health screen for all participants.
