As this year’s National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (Tuesday, Sept. 30) approaches, watch for Indigenous books appealing to a variety of ages in the centre’s main lobby display cases and beside the coffee bar in the seniors centre. Visitors are encouraged to wear orange on this day to honour survivors of residential schools.
