As of June 15, 2021
As the Province of BC continue to move through its restart and reopening plan, effective June 15 we entered phase 2 of this plan which saw a loosening of health-related restrictions. Some of the more notable changes effecting the community centre are:
- Up to 50 people can attend indoor events and programming. All indoor events will continue to follow room capacities ensuring all participants have 2 metres of distance.
- High intensity group exercise is now permitted indoors, ensuring all participants have 2.5 metres of distance and these exercise classes can have up to a maximum of 25 people.
With these changes we are happy to be able to move forward with the full slate of Kerrisdale programming that is planned for the summer months. For more information on what programs are available this summer please check out our Summer Brochure here.
While health restrictions are loosening, the health and safety of all Kerrisdale patrons continues to be our first priority with robust cleaning and disinfection protocols, physical distancing, and mask and face coverings required at all times indoors.
