Creative camp to foster teens sense of confidence, resiliency, mindfulness as well as physical strength, balance and flexibility! Join for daily yoga practice, mindfulness exercises, journaling, and art activities focusing on themes including friendship, kindness, gratitude, peace, body awareness, self-love, and boundaries. Half of camp is spent outdoors. Please pack a lunch and water bottle, this camp also includes outdoor breaks.
REFUND POLICY: A $5 processing fee will be charged for all program refunds and transfers. 48 hours notice is required and there will be no refunds granted after the scheduled second class.
