Learn the basics of songwriting and analyze your favourite songs! Lessons cover: basic song structures, lyrical ideas, instrumental harmonies, creativity management and basic music production. Students will finish the course with a song they’ve written. Instruments and musical knowledge are not required but will be beneficial. No class Oct. 15.
