Event Description:

Come and join us as we visit Birchwood Dairy Farm which consists of a dairy farm, processing plant, and Ice Cream Parlor. The farm has 220 acres of land where they milk approximately 120 cows. Enough hay and silage is grown on the farm to feed the happy cows all year long. Following the farm we will be stopping by the Tretheway House, a House was built in 1919 for B.C. lumber baron Joseph Ogle ‘J.O.’ Trethewey. President of the Abbotsford Lumber Company, J.O. was responsible for leadership of the company during the company’s boom years in the 1920s. Guided by Simon Yan.Dress weather appropriate. REFUND POLICY

A $5 processing fee will be charged for all program refunds and transfers. 48 hours notice is required and there will be no refunds granted after the scheduled second class.
