Restorative Yogais a restful practice that helps slowing down and opening the body through holding a handful of yoga poses for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga&the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, you can easily melt into postures to release any unwanted tension in the body. The only work that’s required on your part is to pay attention to your breath to help you clear your mind and find stillness on your mat. All levels welcome. Bring a mat. REFUND POLICY

A $5 processing fee will be charged for all program refunds and transfers. 48 hours notice is required and there will be no refunds granted after the scheduled second class.
