Aloha! Welcoming older adults to the new class! The Hula art is also an excellent form of soft exercise for the mind body and memory. Komo Mai, join in \and learn the history of Hawai’i through the Hala Hula the Language of Hawai`i. It’s all in this easy step by step class. Chiharu, of Tavai’s Polynesia teaches a perfect blend of exercise, fitness, co-ordination, form, grace, with an education in language, culture, customs, and fun! 4pm class will be more geared to older adults/seniorsThe students can work towards participating, in full costume in the Holiday in Hawaii Show Event on Dec 8th

REFUND POLICY

A $5 processing fee will be charged for all program refunds and transfers. 48 hours notice is required and there will be no refunds granted after the scheduled second class.
