Yoga for Fitness is a fitness-based approach to Yoga incorporating both dynamic and resistance based movement including lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence). This is an ‘all levels practice that allows you to step up or draw back based on your goals and capabilities. Come work out, tune in, and have fun! Please bring your own Yoga/Pilates mat.
