Well rounded fitness programs include strength work, cardio, balance, agility, coordination, flexibility components. This class uses the step for fitness involving cardio as well as some weights and floorwork for the strength training. Combining choreography with movements with patterns creates a fun, dance-like feel while working leg muscles and cardio for the ultimate calorie burn and strength building. Adding some balance and weights along with classic floorwork completes the session for an all around fitness program.Work at your pace, get fit and challenge yourself in this class.
