Event Description:
These yoga classes focus on the fundamentals of yoga- breathing, gentle stretching, and range of motion movements for the joints to keep the joints flexible, the muscles relaxed and the body fluid. Drop-in is $19, space permitting.
REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy: A $5 processing fee will be charged for all program refunds and transfers. 48 hours notice is required and there will be no refunds granted after the scheduled second class.
