Pilates is essentially a balanced compilation of exercises to strengthen your torso (core). As we age, our body changes, often giving way to slower movement, less activity, and feelings of discomfort in the body. A stronger core can strengthen your entire body and thus improve your mobility and balance while alleviating the body’s pain and discomfort.
