Advanced class. Conditioning class which focuses on strength and stability for the entire body including core stabilizers, upper and lower body. Class will use body balls, hand weights, resistance bands, etc.

REFUND POLICY

A $5 processing fee will be charged for all program refunds and transfers. 48 hours notice is required and there will be no refunds granted after the scheduled second class.
