How to register and attend the AGM via Zoom:
1. Ensure your KCCS membership is current (Sept 1, 2021 to Aug 31, 2022). To obtain or renew your free membership, please see staff at the Main registration desk or phone 604-257-8100.
2. Pre-register now to attend the AGM by phone or login to your ActiveNet account (Activity #393495) and sign up for free. Click [here] to access the Park Board’s ActiveNet website.
3. Once you have registered, confirmation of attendance, Zoom login details and the e-Agenda Package will be emailed to all registrants before the meeting.
A critical element of the AGM is the recruitment of new directors. Each year, nine positions on the Board of Directors are open for election for a 2-yr term, and this year we have an addition three 1-yr positions. If you are a member of the Society and are interested in helping meet the social and recreational needs of residents of the Kerrisdale community you are invited to apply for a position on the Board. Please note: the Nominations Committee may waive the membership and application deadlines for candidates whose skills and experience are particularly relevant to our needs.
