The KCCS Spring Fashion Show is back! 👗 🛍️ Catch up on the latest styles and fabrics on Thursday, April 27, 1:15-2:30 p.m. in the Seniors Centre Dining Room. Women’s fashions provided by local charity shop The Hob. Catwalk commentary accompanied by piano and guitar stylings. Plus, try your luck in the $1 prize raffle.

Mark your calendar for this year’s Kerrisdale Carnival Days: April 28-29! Drop by the Kerrisdale Community Centre Society’s booth (by the TD Bank on West 41st Ave.) on Saturday, 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Chat with our friendly volunteers and pick up a little swag. Plus, catch the parade (10 a.m.), sidewalk sales, horse-and-carriage rides and other festivities throughout the Kerrisdale village.

Though it sounds like a fitness or movement class, Choose to Move is a free three-month motivational coaching program. After attending the required info session, participants meet with an activity coach to discuss ways to incorporate more physical activity into their lives. Register here for this Friday’s (April 14) info session, 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Kerrisdale Seniors Centre Multi-purpose Room.
