Between the folds: connection, imagination, and passion

The 3-day workshop entitled “Japanese Art of Origami & Game”, organized by a Grade 6 student in Kerrisdale Elementary together with her friends and family was a big success with over 60 participants of all ages. The event was possible thanks to the Vancouver Foundation’s Neighbourhood Small Grants’ funding and Kerrisdale Community Centre Society for free space. Who is Rebecca Salters? An artist behind Drama Bugs at the Kerrisdale Community Centre
