KCCS Community Needs Assessment Committee Kicking into High Gear… To ensure that programs and services at the Kerrisdale Community Centre (KCC) continue to meet the needs and expectations of its patrons, the KCCS Board has created a Community Needs Assessment Committee to identity emerging needs and provide recommendations to address those needs.
